@MedicatedHamster hard & brutal. easiest comparison would be to real life but with more and better friends. the game doesnt hold your hand, it kicks you into space with a slingshot and a cracker. but get the hang of it, find a good corporation and you will love it. Explore the galaxy, meet new & interresting people & shot them.

I see alot of wow kids about this game, and it truth it’s not for everyone, and yes it’s very slow at the start, but I personally would prefer if wow players keep to their thing, and not on the forums that they lost their first mining cruiser because they don’t know what the 0.4 sec means.

You have to …
You have to understand this is different from all others. This game is open, meaning there is no ‘ultimate’ goal. Its entirely up to you on what you want do.
You can join up a corporation(guild) and go into a PvP roaming gang. You can mine stuff like said below, good profit in that if you know what to do.
Missions is also a way to fund your expansive ship collection, its like doing assignments from agents, think of it like quests.
You could pirate as well, but there’s risks in that
